DEBBIE ARMATAGE - Communications and Partnerships Manager
Born and bred in Auckland, originally Debbie trained in journalism then retrained in marketing some years later after travelling extensively. A decade of marketing mainly in the domestic meat industry was followed by a move to Christchurch and a change of sectors to hospitality, food & beverage, and tourism.
The opportunity to manage a new luxury lodge in Tasman first lured Debbie and her husband to this region in 1999. They returned to Christchurch four years later but the family moved back to Nelson in 2013, missing the light, colours and charm of the region.
In her spare time, Debbie places emphasis on books, dogs and family. Sometimes in that order.

JESSIE CREEDMORE - Domestic Consumer and Events Marketing Manager
Jessie has 20 years’ experience in business development, event marketing, publishing, advertising, website development, IT, writing, customer service, retail, creative services and digital media. Dealing with a diverse range of clients and industries has given her insight and a perspective that’s proven valuable for clients and colleagues.
Jessie talks about Nelson as ‘owning her.’ She’s lived in Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch and the West Coast and travelled to some beautiful parts of the world, but the call to Nelson and the Top of The South was strong. Making Nelson her forever home with partner Russ and their two ‘fur babies’, she loves exploring the stunning Nelson Tasman region or simply chilling at her favourite haunt with a nice local rosé and the golden sun on her back.
